Code of the West

I attended the “Standing Tall” session and I agree to live by my code throughout each day, personally and within the community.  I have displayed my certificate to be a daily reminder to my code and my commitment.

I attended a thought provoking session of “Standing Tall” facilitated by Kent Noble. “Cowboy Ethics” appeals to me and my Wyoming lifestyle. I am married to a “cowboy” who lives by these principles as did my father and father-in-law. I have signed my certificate and have it displayed in my office as a reminder to let these principles guide my actions. I am considering more opportunities to be of service in my community. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity.

Standing Tall

I have agreed to live each day by the Code of Ethics and will continually be a role model for not only my family, friends and co-workers, but all those in the community.

Thank you for providing a strong foundation for so many people to be able to “Stand Tall in an Upside Down World”!!!

I am pleased to adopt the my code below.  I have posted by certificate in my office.  I am encouraging other companies to have the program presented to their employees.  If we believe in a free society and free enterprise, it is essential for companies and individuals to live by a code of ethics that allows us the freedoms we enjoy.  Please send me the digital email tag.

Dear Community of the Code:

Thank you for assisting my company, TRMC, by providing my co-workers and I the opportunity to attend a ‘Standing Tall’ session.  As I signed my certificate and display it in my office, I promise to live my code each day, find ways to implement it into my daily life and I promise to use it to be a leader and a role mode, to encourage true leadership.  Again, thank you for inspiring us to be who ours parents raised us to be … strong, hard-working, genuinely caring healthcare providers who strive for patient excellence.
