I want to thank Kent Noble for presenting his workshop to out Beef Leadership Class in Animal Science on April 6th and for allowing me to sit in on the session. I was so impressed with the presentation that I want to visit about how we might expose our new first year students to the Code of the West Principles the first week after they arrive on campus and then maybe provide our graduating seniors a “refresher or review” just prior to their graduation as they exit into the “real world” of employment. It is a very moving experience to see the impact on the “at risk youth” in Colorado. Great job, Kent!

To whom it may concern,
I recently took the Standing Tall program at CWC and found it to be profoundly moving. I immediately saw things that I could change in my business in personal life and took action. Two ways I improved my business after the program was by simply changing the photos on my website and stepping away from an unethical partnership that was hard to walk away from.
It really made me think about what impacts I have on the people around me as a business woman and provokes me to do better. I believe I am running a fine line by bringing pole dancing as a form of fitness to a conservative state and community here in Wyoming. However, I believe my services inspire woman to feel better about themselves and are conducted in a clean and ethic way.
When I went through the program, I could clearly see how I could do a better job in terms of presenting myself in a more ethical way and improving customer service.
I learned a lot, more than I initially bargained for. I highly recommend it to anybody, even if you think you’re doing things right. We are all human and make mistakes, this program helps you get on and stay on track.
Thanks for bringing this program to life.

I attended a Standing Tall in an Upside Down World presentation several months ago and have since encountered many occasions in my professional and personal life where, without everyone’s adherence to the some form of the Code, positive progress could not occur.
The program leaves you with a very strong appreciation for those that already live by the Code, and an even stronger desire to teach those who don’t.
Thank you for bringing nobility back to simply doing the right thing with strength and conviction.
I am also proud to say that my daughter was honored to be a part of the Code of the West DVD by being interviewed, saying that one should “have heart”, and “never give up on your goals and dreams”.
She has always adhered to that and has become successful.
